Frank has over 25 years of healthcare experience, and has led Calvo’s SelectCare from the starting of its Health Plan operations in 2000. As part of the company’s quality initiatives, Frank has overseen the establishment and participation in various Diabetic Programs in partnership with local clinical providers, the Guam Diabetic Association, and the Department of Public Health. Such programs have included lectures, dietitian consultations, diabetic management, integration on medication adherence, and access to gym facilities for the insured population.
